By ordering from thequotabletees.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors or stains
- In their original condition
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Poor quality
Email us at hello@thequotabletees.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
3. Wrong Size
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the size received does not match the size ordered.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers pay return shipping for voluntary returns/exchanges (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).
- We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
A prepaid return label may be provided for applicable cases.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.
Most orders begin printing within a few hours, so cancellations are not guaranteed.

8. How to Start a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide the next steps.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
Once the original item is received (or verified defective), a replacement will be shipped.
