Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay in production, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, delivery generally takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 4–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
- Caribbean: 5–15 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspection, or external factors.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Item weight
- Carrier method
- Number of items in the order
Certain promotions may include free or discounted shipping.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect Addresses

Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

- Mailroom or front desk
- Local post office
If the carrier confirms loss, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged Items

- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement.

8. Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive in separate packages depending on print facility availability.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
